Follow-Up Consultation (30 – 45 min)
You have a greater chance of success if you have regular feedback and coaching sessions on your way to your goals. Our follow-up sessions can be in the format of email or Skype with progress reports and action steps to keep you on track. We also discuss any changes needed to your meal or fitness plan. These longer follow up sessions are for those of you that feel they need a little more help, explanation or encouragement with their current program.
