REFUND POLICY – Physical products
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We cannot accept returns or make refunds on custom made physical products that are designed specifically for you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card NutriciseHub, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged before it has been used. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: NutriciseHub, C102 Surfside, 35 Bellamont Road, Umdloti Beach 4319, Umdloti, KwaZulu-Natal, 4319, South Africa.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUND POLICY – Consultations
Cancellation Policy of all consultations
In order to provide the most professional session for You, please understand that Your appointment will start at Your scheduled time and date. If You need to cancel or reschedule, please notify NutriciseHub at least 24 hours in advance of Your appointment. Failure of notification will result in one or your sessions to be deducted from Your consultation package (waived for the first instance). All sessions (nutrition, sport or fitness) must be used within the time period given; one month (for a one-month package) or six months (for a six-month package) of Your initial appointment.
Individual Nutrition coaching: If You wish to cancel Your coaching program after the first or second session, refunds are processed as follows:
-Packages paid in full: a 60 percent refund will be issued
-No refunds will be issued after the second coaching session.
If You’re unhappy with the program for any reason, please feel free to email us at email@example.com. We’re happy to discuss any issues and come up with a feasible solution.
Group Programs: Cancellations made less than seven (7) days out from the group program start date but prior to the second group session will be eligible for a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made after the second group session are non-refundable.
If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize Our continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third party financial processing NutriciseHub referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.
You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
Dispute ResolutionIf You and Our NutriciseHub cannot find a resolution to a dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then You explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action.
