SHIPPING POLICY – Physical products

Shipping methods 
We deliver worldwide, and we send all our orders with epacket and/or their partners. Our international shipping method provide full tracking for your convenience. Your order will be delivered directly to the given address when a purchase was made during checkout. Delivery time to the USA takes usually between 10 to 20 business days. The delivery time may vary depending on flight connections and custom clearance. Please contact us at: info@nutricisehub.com if you have not received your order within 14 working days from the day the order was placed with us.  

Shipping times 
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination of the package, customs, holidays and/or other unforeseen delays.  

Shipping locations 
Currently we ship only to the USA. Please provide a physical address only as we cannot ship to a postal (PO BOX) address at this time. If you do not provide a physical address unfortunately the items purchased will not be shipped.   

Payment of postal customs 
Any customs, duties, and/or taxes must be paid by the recipient of the shipment (customer). As the epacket delivery goes through regular custom clearance, customers might be required to pay any applicable taxes and duties. Please note during the custom clearance the package might stay at customs a few days.  

Deliveries and cancellations 
NutriciseHub makes deliveries in cooperation with the transport companies and their partners it has agreements with. You are entitled to cancel an order and return the items by contacting NutriciseHub at: info@nutricisehub.com within 14 days from the date on which you receive your purchased items. The items must not have been unpacked and be in the same condition as when you received it. The customer bears any risks associated with returning items to NutriciseHub. In the event that you as a customer find the delivery time is delayed for an abnormal amount of time, and that you no longer want the item, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. If the item has already been shipped, then you (the customer) must accept the order. Cancellation is not valid until confirmation from NutriciseHub has been received via email. In the case of products no longer being available, then NutriciseHub will cancel the order and issue a refund and notify the customer of any replacement or equivalent products if available. Returned products are shipped to: NutriciseHub, C102 Surfside, 35 Bellamont Road, Umdloti Beach 4319, Umdloti, KwaZulu-Natal, 4319, South Africa. .  

Customer complaints 
You as customer must inspect the purchased item carefully when you receive it. If your purchased item has been damaged during transport, you must report this to the transport carrier immediately. This applies to whether the damage is visible to you or not. If the item is damaged, then you must contact NutriciseHub within 14 days. Please provide your order number and the reason for your complaint so that we can get back to you with the correct procedure.
